Togetheren — Growth & systems studio
When information lives in different tools and follow-ups depend on someone remembering, the work lands on your people. We build products and processes that help small teams follow through.
Our main focus is Caretrics: helping clinic teams understand what needs attention and what to do next.

Find the revenue or follow-up work that needs attention.
Give the next step an owner and a date.
Check what happened and what still needs work.
Workflow summary: the team makes the decision, records the follow-up and checks the result.
Caretrics began with the problem of manual reporting in clinic software. But another report only gets you so far. A biller still needs to know which claim to follow up, what has already been tried and when to check again.
That changed what we built: from reporting toward identifying problems and supporting the follow-up. The aim is a routine the team can use, with people deciding what to do and a record of what happened.

That lesson from Caretrics shapes how we approach other problems. Look at what people have to remember, copy and chase before adding another tool.
The customer replied by email. The record still says you are waiting. Someone has to connect the two.
A follow-up depends on one person remembering. When they are away, the rest of the team has to piece it together.
You can see the problem. You still need to work out who will act, what they need and when to check back.
Copying an update, chasing a handoff and checking it landed can take longer than the task itself.
Follow the task with the person doing it. Where does it stop, repeat or depend on someone remembering?
Agree on what better would look like. Test the change in the existing routine before building more.
Keep what helps. Give it a clear process, an owner and software where needed. Use AI for work people can check.
A few practical ideas we use when deciding what to build, automate or leave to people.
Start with what is holding the business back.
Let AI do more of the preparation without giving away human judgment.
Don't confuse finding an opportunity with producing an outcome.

Togetheren is led by Rob Saric, a founder and engineer who has spent more than twenty years building software and businesses.
His main operating focus is Caretrics. Togetheren is the studio for developing that work, testing other ideas and sharing what the process teaches.
Rob writes about those decisions, the limits of AI and making room for life outside work.
Our own products come first. We're open to a conversation when another team is facing a problem close to the work we're already doing.
Tell us where the work gets stuck and what you've tried. We can discuss whether there's a useful way to work together.
For health and wellness teams, start with Caretrics. That's where our clinic products and services live.
A conversation about fit, before any commitment to a project.
